wire China 2018 with technology highlights in China

From 26 to 29 September 2018 the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) will be opening its gates for the eighth wire China 2018, the biggest industry show in the wire and cable sector in Asia. Once again, it will be held in parallel with Tube China.

The three organisers, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Düsseldorf China and their Chinese partner SECRI (the Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute) are pleased to see the continued growth in exhibitor numbers at wire China again in 2018.

In total, over 1,600 exhibitors from 30 countries will be in Shanghai at the two trade fairs with their innovative technical products in the wire, cable and pipe industries. The organisers are expecting to see over 40,000 trade visitors on the four days of the event.

The high quality of the event is reflected in the wide range of market leaders who participated successfully in the previous events and who are now wanting to continue their success in 2018. They include well-known European companies such as Gauder from Belgium, Rosendahl Nextrom from Austria, Numalliance from France and the Italian companies Sampsistemi and Mario Frigerio.

As well as the European market leaders, the trade fair will feature a German pavilion again, supported by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The pavilion will have 15 per cent more exhibitors than last time, including market leaders such as Niehoff, Wafios and Elantas, making it a hotspot at wire China.

The strong economy in the Asian market has inspired companies to increase their presence at wire China, the second biggest regional event in the industry.

After a successful première two years ago, exhibitors of fastener technologies will be represented again, this time with a thematically related accompanying event, called Fastener Shanghai.
